Orders and payments

• We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of suspected fraud or inventory issues.
• Shipping timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen events.
• You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and contact information.

Returns and exchanges

Most rugs may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery if they are unused and in original condition. Custom or final-sale items are not eligible for return. Contact us at returns@rugbasics.com to start a return. You are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including images, text, graphics, logos, and design elements, is owned by or licensed to Rug Basics and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rug Basics will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or purchase of products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the applicable product.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York.
